Impossible Pie

1 lb Ground Beef
1-1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 cup Biscuit Mix
3 Eggs
1-1/2 cup Milk

*** Saut ground beef, onions, celery, salt, and
pepper till meat is brown. Drain all grease off meat.
Put into greased deep dish pie pan. Pour milk and
egg mixture over meat. Bake @ 400 F for 25 minutes.

Yield: 6 Servings
