1 1/2 POUND LOAF

1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1 teaspoon yeast

Add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.
