Recipe: Cheddar Fondue (using milk, onion and Worcestershire)

1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Salt, to taste
French bread cubes, for dipping
Mix shredded cheese and flour until cheese well coated.
In a fondue pot heat milk and onion to not quite boiling. Stir in the cheese a little at a time, continuing to heat and stir until all the cheese is melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and cayenne, and salt to taste.
Keep hot. Serve with French bread cubes.
