The recipe above is similar to our family version, however, instead of baking, we roll out, "twist" into a braid, drop into hot oil..deep fry...1/2 Olive & 1/2 vegetable (Mazola, Canola etc) take out and shake in a bag with powdered sugar (no icing)....a traditional Easter dessert.
