Recipe(tried): Jalapeno Cheese Squares (appetizer)

Appetizers and Snacks
This is a good one to take to an office spread.

JALAPENO CHEESE SQUARES

4 cups grated cheddar cheese
10 chopped jalapeno peppers (or to taste)
6 eggs, well beaten
1 jar pimientos (OR 1 chopped roasted red pepper)

Spray 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Layer 1/2 of cheese, then jalapenos, then remaining cheese.

Pour eggs over entire pan, top with pimientos or re peppers.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.

Cut into small squares.
