Jalapenos Bread
3/4 cup sour cream
1/8 cup water
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flout
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Place ingredients in bread machine.
Select light crust setting.
Cool for one hour before slicing.
makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
