POTATO LOAF BREAD
1 package yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet butter
2 tablespoons instant mashed potato flakes
1 to 1 1/2 cups warm milk
Put the first five ingredients into the pan in the order listed.
Sprinkle the potato flakes over the hot milk and stir. Cool slightly. Add milk mixture to bread machine.
Select white bread and push start.
