Recipe(tried): Janie's Bridesmaid Salad (frozen)

I got this from a cookbook last Christmas and everyone just loves it. You can use it as a dessert or a salad..

Janie's Bridesmaid Salad
Recipe By : Yankee Magazine's Church Suppers and Potluck Dinners
Servings : 20

2 (10 oz.) pkg frozen strawberries
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows,
colored variety, if available
1/2 cup chopped nuts -- optional

Partially thaw the berries. Combine in 12-cup bowl with sweetened condensed milk, Cool Whip, pineapple and marshmallows. Mix well. Freeze until solid.

Remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with nut, if desired.

NOTES : Very, Very Good!!!! Easy. TAKE OUT OF FREEZER 2 HOURS AHEAD.
