Recipe(tried): Jan's Wonderful Pasta Salad

Salads - Potato, Pasta
A friend gave me this great pasta recipe. You can substitute cherry tomatoes, cut in half if large, just don't add them until serving time if they are cut up. I used grape tomatoes for Easter dinner and made this salad the night day before. The amounts of tomato and broccoli you add are up to you. I've added cut-up cooked chicken meat to this, I suppose you could add leftover ham!

JAN'S WONDERFUL PASTA SALAD

8 oz ziti or other small pasta
8 oz bottle Italian Dressing (I used Bernstein's Italian with Cheese)
3/4 cup frozen peas
grape tomatoes
broccoli florets (cut into small pieces)
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cook, drain, and rinse pasta with cold water, draining well.

Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
