Recipe: Kahlua Cake (Bundt cake, also using vodka, cake mix and mini chocolate chips)

KAHLUA CAKE

1 (2-layer-size) package Devil's food cake mix
1 cup Kahlua
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 (6 ounce) package mini chocolate chips
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.

Mix the first 5 ingredients with a mixer for 2 minutes.

Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 55-60 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes, then invert pan onto a serving plate to remove the cake. dust with powdered sugar.
