Recipe: Salted Nut Squares

SALTED NUT SQUARES

3 cup salted peanuts without skins
3 tbsp butter
2 cup peanut butter chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 cup miniature marshmallows

Place half of the peanuts in an ungreased 11x7x2-inch baking pan; set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over low heat. Add milk and marshmallows; cook and stir until melted. Pour over peanuts. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top.

Cover and refrigerate. Cut into bars.

Makes 60 servings
