Recipe: Kraft Music Hall Clam Appetizer Dip

KRAFT MUSIC HALL CLAM APPETIZER DIP

1 garlic clove, halved
1 (8 ounce) can minced clams, drained, one-fourth of liquid reserved
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
chips, crackers or raw vegetables (for serving)

Rub a bowl with the garlic halves; discard garlic. Combine clams, cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste in the bowl, stirring until well-blended. Add the reserved clam liquid to reach spreading consistency, if necessary. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours.

Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
