Recipe: Kraft's Creme Brulee Cheesecake

Hello,

Here's another version of a Creme Brulee Cheesecake. I imagine this would double easily is a springform pan is preferred (with a baking time adjustments).

Kraft's Creme Brulee Cheesecake

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon water

Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs and egg yolk, mix until blended Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.Before serving, heat broiler. Mix brown sugar and water, spread over cheesecake. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until topping is bubbly.
