Recipe(tried): Kraut Kuche

Main Dishes - Assorted
Rhonda, I don't really have a recipe per se, but what I do is layer the good kraut you find in the cold section by the deli in the bottom of my smaller roaster pan, sometimes I put a pound of kielbasa in 2 inch chunks. Then I put the small Rhodes frozen rolls (thawed) on the top, leaving about an inch between them.

Cover and let the rolls rise and then bake according to the directions for the rolls - I think about half an hour at 350 degrees F or so. I bake mine uncovered.

Immediately after removing the dish from the oven, pour 1/2 cup browned butter over the top. This sinks down into the rolls and the kraut and it's lovely!
