Recipe: Potato Kabobs with Cheese Sauce (grilled)

POTATO KABOBS WITH CHEESE SAUCE

"Golden brown potato chunks, hot from the grill, are laced with a creamy Cheddar cheese sauce."

6 medium baking potatoes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/3 cup milk

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half crosswise into 4 pieces. Thread potatoes on 6 skewers. Brush with oil.

Grill potatoes for 30 minutes or until done, turning once.

Heat undiluted soup and milk and serve over potatoes.

Makes 6 servings
