Recipe: Honey Butter Sauce and Honey Butter Syrup

HONEY BUTTER SAUCE

4 ounces honey
2 ounces butter
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix the Butter, Honey and Vanilla in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute or till the butter melts. Mix well when done.

HONEY BUTTER SYRUP

1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
3-4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon milk
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg

Melt butter in a pot on the stove. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Add honey, milk and spices. Stir.
