Recipe(tried): Lavender Biscuits (cookies?)

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars

Hi everyone,
here's my first on line recipe. They are easy to whip up when guests are coming or great for christmas pressies. I think you guys call these cookies.
LAVENDER BISCUITS (COOKIES?)
125g butter
100g castor sugar
1 egg
150 - 200g self raising flour
1 tablespoon English lavender flowers

Method: cream the butter and sugar, add the egg and beat well. Add the lavender flowers and mix well. Add the flour and mix again. Place small teaspoonsful on a baking tray and bake in a moderate oven (350 deg) for 15 - 20 mins. Makes about 30 biscuits.

Hope you love them. I sometimes freeze the dough to have as a standby.
