Appetizers and Snacks
Little Wieners Wellington
Recipe By : Favorite Brand Name Recipe Cookbook, 1981
Makes 16

1 (4 oz pkg) Oscar Mayer braunschweiger
1 (9-inch) frozen or refrigerated pie shell
1 (5.5 oz) pkg Oscar Mayer little wieners

Allow braunschweiger to soften at room temperature, about 30 minutes.

Thaw pie shell (if frozen) about 10 minutes; remove from pan, flatten and repair any cracks. Spread with braunschweiger. Cut into five strips; cut the two end strips in half; cut three center strips into fourths. Roll each piece of dough around a little wiener, pinching seam to seal. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.

Bake in a 375F oven for 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve hot.
