Recipe(tried): Lofthouse Cookies - Variation

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
i tried the recipe several times, and each time I change something. This time I made the cookies using powdered sugar instead of granulated...and I added 1 tsp cream of tartar...and i baked them for 6 minutes instead of 8....now they seem more like the real thing

just thought i would share my theory...thanks for the recipes, they are great!!
