Recipe: Low-fat Thousand Island Dressing

Low-fat Thousand Island Dressing

Servings: 6

8 oz nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp black olives -- pitted
1 tbsp pimiento
1/2 medium hardboiled egg, finely chopped
1 tbsp ketchup
1/8 tsp garlic -- minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 drop Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
salt -- to taste

Combine everything in a bowl.
