Low Calorie French Dressing
Source: Magic Menus for people with diabetes by the American Diabetes Association
Servings: 6

1/2 cup Tomato Juice
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Onion -- finely chopped
1 Tbsp Green Pepper -- finely chopped
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well before using.
