Raspberry Vinaigrette

Servings: 4

6 tbsp raspberry vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 tsp fresh chives
salt and pepper -- to taste

Combine thoroughly.
