Recipe(tried): Luscious Lime Shrimp

Luscious Lime Shrimp

3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes (or to taste)
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

Whisk together marinade ingredients; add shrimp. Marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat broiler. Broil shrimp on each side until opaque, about 2 minutes per side.

*Note: The shrimp can also be stir-fried or grilled. I usually place the shrimp on skewers and grill.
