This casserole is so easy to make and whenever we have a family get-together it is always a major request.

THE BEST HASHBROWN CASSEROLE EVER

1 (32 oz.) pkg shredded hashbrown potatoes
8 oz. chedder cheese, shredded
1 cup chopped onions
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream (we use a little less)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat and 11x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Stir all ingredients together and spread in prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
