CLASSIC S'MORES WITH VARIATIONS
FOR ONE SERVING:
1/2 of a 1.55-ounce milk chocolate bar, broken if necessary
2 graham cracker squares
1 marshmallow
Place chocolate bar on 1 graham cracker square. Carefully toast marshmallow (on a stick, long barbecue fork or long metal skewer) over campfire, grill or indoor flame until golden brown.
Place over chocolate. Top with second graham cracker square. Gently press together.
PEANUTTY VARIATION:
Spread thin layer of creamy or crunchy peanut butter on graham crackers.
CHOCOLATE BANANA S'MORES:
Place banana slices on top of chocolate bar.
CHOCO-BERRY S'MORES:
Place fresh strawberry slices on top of chocolate bar.
RASPBERRY S'MORES:
Spread a thin layer of seedless red raspberry preserves on graham cracker.
Makes 1 serving
