CHERRY-TOPPED EASIER PIE
"Whole graham crackers made the "crust" in this beautiful layered pie."
14 whole graham crackers
1 package (6-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding, vanilla flavor
2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed Cool Whip non- dairy whipped topping
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Line 9-inch square pan with whole graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary, to fill pan.
Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Then blend in whipped topping. Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
Makes 9 servings
