Recipe(tried): Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Side Dishes - Potatoes
To make up ahead you cook potato as usual drain while hot, rice in ricer, add hot chicken broth to potato. Store in zip-lock bag. Keeps for 3 days in refrigerator. Heat in oven with thin layer of broth on top.
