Thank You: Make ahead mashed potatoes

Misc.
Thank you Karyn, The crock pot idea sounds great, will have to try that sometime! My dinner was thrown off by a guest who arrived 20 minutes late with the ingredients for her casserole in hand and then prepared it in my kitchen! Good thing I was warned ahead that dinner would be stalled for 1 1/2 hours. I really had to wing it this year! Good thing I decided at the last minute to use my daughters mashed potato recipe with the cream cheese..........it really helped me out this year!
