Recipe: making cherry juice

Preserving - Fruit
You will need to add some water to the fruit, enough to keep it from scorching, place in a large pan and simmer until they are cooked and soft. Place them in a colander lined with a flour sack towel, some layers of cheesecloth, or something like that. Allow the juice to drip fromr it into a large container. If you squeeze it, you will have cloudy juice.
Process quarts of juice for 15 minutes in water bath canner.
