MAYONNAISE MUFFINS
2 cups self-rising flour*
6 Tbsp mayonnaise (don't use salad dressing)
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all three ingredients and stir until smooth.
Spoon into greased muffin pan, filling each cup about half full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400-degrees F for 12 to 15
minutes.
*Or Substitute for self-rising flour, and mix well:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Makes 1 dozen
