Recipe: Meat and Potatoes

This is a filling meal!!:

1 1/2 lb ground sirloin (or sausage)
1 can nacho cheese soup
1/2 Cup Milk
6-8 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Peppers, chopped
Grated Cheddar
Garlic Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper

Brown Gound sirloin, Drain. Add Onion and Peppers. Saute until done. Set aside. Mix soup, Milk and spices. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer Potatoes, beef, soup mixture, and cheese. Repeat Layers. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Hope you enjoy!!
