This hamburger recipe is easy, delicious and the kids love it! I've
served it for years.

One Skillet Dinner

Brown 1# Hamburger meat with 1 chopped onion.
Transfer to a colander to drain.
Then fry a skillet full of potatoes. When potatoes are done add the
hamburger and mix together well.
Cover with grated cheddar cheese, cover until cheese melts.

Serve with a salad, baked beans, etc.
