Recipe(tried): Meatball Subs

Hi What I do with frozen meat balls is simmer them in spaghetti sauce then add frozen peppers or stir fry type peppers and a can of mushrooms simmer till hot. Serve on a split hoogie bun top with shredded cheese. My family loves them and is a nice change from pasta.
