Recipe: Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (using orange juice, low fat)

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend. Chill thoroughly.

Serve vinegar mixture with salad greens.

Makes 3/4 cup (10 calories per tablespoon)
