MEATLESS LOAF

2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups crushed peanuts
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Combine ingredients and bake in loaf at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
