Recipe: Melting Moments Cookies for Genie

Melting Moments Cookies

1/2 cup butter
6 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup flour -- sifted
pinch salt

Cream butter and sugar; stir in sifted dry ingredients. Roll into small balls about 3/4 inch in diameter. Place on baking sheet and flatten. Bake 15 minutes at 300 F.
