Recipe: Ham and Cole Slaw Sandwiches

Sandwiches
HAM AND COLE SLAW SANDWICHES

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 pound sliced ham
8 slices pumpernickel bread

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add cabbage. Layer ham and slaw between pumpernickel bread slices to make 4 sandwiches.

Makes 4 servings
