Recipe: Microwave Popcorn Ball Bars (using honey, raisins, and peanuts)

MICROWAVE POPCORN BALL BARS

20 cups popped popcorn
1 cup Sue Bee Honey
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup peanuts
1 cup raisins

Butter well a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Microwave Sue Bee Honey, water and sugar for about 14 minutes, or until soft ball stage (time may vary depending on individual microwave).

Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour mixture over popcorn, peanuts and raisins. Mix until well coated. Press firmly into buttered pan.

When slightly cooled cut into bars. Finish cooling and serve.
