Page reminded me of what I did for our Sunday School Christmas party last year. We go to a restaurant for dinner but the ladies bring dessert. I was at a loss for what to bring that would be pretty, quick (I had to do it after work and before a ballgame) and amazing. There are some wonderful cooks in my Sunday School Class, I did not want to embarrass the family. This is what I did:
Miniature Pudding Bites
1 package of miniature tart shells (I used frozen ones)
1 3-ounce package of instant pudding, prepared
Maraschino cherries
Put about a teaspoon of pudding in each shell, top with a maraschino cherry.
The ladies of our church were amazed, these were so delicious and how did I do them. Needless to say, I still have some secrets! This is kind of like the Rice Krispies treats commercial, soo hard!
