Just a suggestion for Kathy's pinwheel sandwiches. If you don't have time to make your own flavored cream cheeses, try your local bagel shops. The larger ones usually offer a wider selection of flavors than what you'll find in the grocery store.

Flavored cream cheese is also tasty spread on thin slices of ham (rectangle-shaped slices from the deli work best), rolled as a jelly roll and sliced.
