You're posting for Miniature Pudding Bites reminded me of a quick and easy tidbit served at a gathering I attended a few years ago.

This is more of an assembly than a recipe -

Purchase mini pastry cups made from phyllo dough (these are in the frozen foods area of our local groceries but may not be available in all stores). Bake the cups if they aren't pre-baked.

Prepare boxed no-bake cheesecake mix according to package directions.

Fill each cup with the cheesecake mixture and garnish top any way you'd like - fruit pie filling, whipped cream, cherries, a little melted chocolate, etc.

If you're going to store them for more than a couple hours, I would garnish just before serving.

Refrigerate until served.
