PAM NO BUTTER HERBED GARLIC BREAD
Makes: 4 servings (2 slices each)
Indulge in this tasty garlic bread without the guilt
8 slices French bread, 1-inch thick diagonal slices
PAM Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray both sides of each bread slice with cooking spray; arrange on baking sheet.
Combine parsley, basil, garlic salt, and pepper in small bowl.
Spread 1/2 teaspoon herb mixture on each bread slice.
Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Use leftover toast for salad croutons or soup toppers; simply cut into cubes and store in an airtight container.
