Recipe: Mulberry Sour Cream Pie (with bread crumb streusel)

Mulberry Sour Cream Pie

1 unbaked pie shell
4 cup fresh mulberries (or frozen)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar, divided
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter or margarine (melted)

Place berries in pie shell.

Combine 1 cup of the sugar, sour cream, flour, and salt. Spread mixture over berries.

Combine bread crumbs and remaining 2 tbsp sugar and butter. Sprinkle on top.

Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.
