Recipe: Mulberry Cream Pie (using half-and-half)

Mulberry Cream Pie

1 1/2 cup half and half
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp flour
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup black Mulberries

Mix half and half, sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Put into unbaked pie shell. Add Mulberries.

Bake 15 minutes at 450F then 25 minutes at 350F.
