Mushroom Squares

Date: 6-20-99

Butter five slices of bread (crusts removed)
Cut into quarters
Place on baking sheet, buttered side down.

Mix:
4 oz. mushroom stems and pieces, drained
4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
dash of salt

Spread mixture on the bread squares.
Bake at 400 for 7 minutes.
