Glowing Candle Salad

This makes a nice appetizer for the kids!

Lettuce leaves, washed and dried
l can sliced pineapple, drained
bananas
jarred red cherries

For each serving:
Place lettuce leaf on a plate.
Put one slice of pineapple on the top of the lettuce.
Peel banana and cut in half.
Set 1/2 banana in hole of pineapple.
Top with cherry for flame.
Use toothpicks to hold in place.
