--Cheese and fruit platters
--meatballs in sweet and sour sauce
--blocks or tubs of cream cheese turned out onto a pretty plate, topped with red or green jalapeno jelly, served with crackers
--thin slices of baguette, topped with Boursin/herb cream cheese and slivers of smoked salmon or prosciutto, served warm
--individual spanikopitas (spinach/cheese/phyllo triangles)
--shrimp with cocktail sauce
--antipasto platter: olives, slices of pepperoni, marinated mushrooms and artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, etc. artfully arranged
--baked brie in puff pastry shells
--hot salsa, refried beans, and shredded cheese melted together and served with corn chips
--flour tortillas spread with cream cheese and minced jalapenos, rolled and cut into rounds, served with salsa for dipping
