Add an egg and some breadcrumbs to your Campbell's soup recipe and you have my mom's meatloaf! 1 pound ground beef, 1 can condensed vegetable soup, 1 egg, and enough breadcrumbs to bind; can add chopped onion if you want -- place in a loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350F/moderate.
I never had morning sickness during pregnancy, but I've already recommended to Eggy the remedies other friends told me about: dry crackers and ginger (not at the same time!).
