Recipe(tried): Congratulations dear Eggy! Some recipes for you - Vichyssoise a la Campbells, Chicken Breasts a la Campbells:
Recipe Collections Vichyssoise a la Campbells
1 cream of potato Soup
2 slices onion
1 tb butter
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
chopped green onions for garnish
I use the processor. I process all the ingredients except the green onions. Then, I put it in a pot and I heat it in Low until it is hot and creamy. I serve it garnished with the slices of green onions.
Chicken Breasts a la Campbells
2 servings
2 chicken breasts divided in two
salt & pepper to taste for seasoning the chicken breasts
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 tb butter
Mix the chicken soup with the milk in the processor. Add the butter & mix. Preheat the oven to 350F. Put the chicken breasts (or whatever part of the chicken you prefer) in an oven ready pan, ready with some PAM to grease it. Add the already processed mix of the soup, butter and milk. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is ready & the sauce is delicious. You can serve it over white rice or over pasta.
