Recipe: Salmon with Cucumber-Sour Cream Sauce (using dill and lime, grilled or broiled)

"Crisp cucumber, fresh dill and fresh lime team up in this delicious sauce served with grilled salmon."
FOR THE SAUCE:
1 cup light sour cream
1 medium cucumber, peeled, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed (or 2 tsp dried)
1 to 2 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/4 teaspoon pepper
FOR THE SALMON:
4 salmon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
4 teaspoons butter
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
Place salmon on grill. Cover; grill 6 minutes. Turn salmon over. Place 1 teaspoon butter on each salmon steak; spread gently over surface of salmon. Continue grilling for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Serve with sauce.
BROILING DIRECTIONS:
Prepare sauce as directed above. Heat broiler. Place salmon steaks on broiler rack 2-5" from heat. Broil 6 minutes; turn. Place 1 teaspoon butter on each salmon steak; spread gently over surface of salmon. Continue broiling for 6 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with sauce.
